These procurements are being made as per provisions of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2009. Tender documents on payment (non-refundable) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned up-to one day before opening of the tenders. Writing of tender number on the envelope will be essential. Tender should accompany an earnest money @ 5 % of the total value in shape of call deposit drawn in favor of the undersigned. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Increase or decrease in quantity may be made. The undersigned will be fully authorized to cancel all the tender or some part of the tender without assigning any reason which will not be challengeable in any court of law. Tender will be submitted in the office tender box by Saturday, the 20th February, 2010 up to 11.00 a.m. which will be opened in the office of the undersigned on the same day at 11.30 a.m.
